Hospital Services Agent - ASH

Acquire the theoretical and practical knowledge needed to carry out the activity of A.S.H to:
-take charge of the maintenance and hygiene of care premises
-participate in tasks to ensure the comfort of patients.

At the end of the training course, the trainee will be able to provide professional assistance in a hospital department, retirement home or convalescent home and will be able to master the following skills:

-plan, organise and carry out various service tasks

-work individually or as part of a team depending on the specific situation.

Development of the main activities of the HSA:

- Discovering hospital services agent training

- General information on health establishments - Regulatory framework for intervention

- Reception, communication & professional relations

- Hygiene rules

- Participation in hotel activities and management of cleaning and food products

- Participation in patient care and life on the ward

- Passing the Sauveteur Secouriste du Travail (SST) certificate

- Job search techniques.

Total maximum duration of 457 hours, including 70 hours on the job and 387 hours at the training centre.
The duration of the course is indicative and will be determined according to your profile.

- Demonstrate a good ability to adapt to working hours and service constraints, in professional relations

. The premises are accessible to people with reduced mobility thanks to a lift and adapted equipment for use of the technical platform. A step is also available for smaller trainees.

Catering

Greta trainees can use the school canteen for €6. They can also buy food nearby (supermarkets, snack bars, etc.) and have lunch in a municipal park.

Transport

The school is ideally located on lines 19 and 98, which serve Toulon city centre and the railway station - Cousteau stop. 5 minutes from the A57 motorway, with free parking at the school.
